How long do I have to return my product?

How long will my refund take to process?

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Australia & New Zealand will take 6-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 Business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

My order hasn't arrived and it has been over 1 week!

Once we receive your order, we prepare, pack and ship it out within 1-3 days, after that, it can take anywhere from 6-10 Business days for your order to arrive. You will be emailed a tracking number through which you can track the journey of your item. In the rare case that your order doesn't arrive, don't worry! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
